Using software called Microsoft office on your computer you can outline and organize your ideas. Most word processors include some form of “outliner”, a feature that enables you to divide a topic into hierarchical order with main points and sub points. The use of the computer in this way is that your computer keeps track of the levels of ideas automatically so that you can easily add; cut and re arrange points in the outline
